We always have left over rice in the fridge in most cases, I mean – we might not even be able to finish it in the next couple of days and so what’s the best way to re-work this rice rather than wasting it? There are definitely so many ways you can convert an old rice into something new however Sisi Yemmie has something even better for you and that’s how you can turn old rice into stir fry. One beautiful thing about this recipe is how simply it is to achieve. You don’t have to go out of your way to do anything especially if you have these ingredients in your home.

What you need;

Left Over Rice
Groundnut Oil
Diced Beef
Ginger & Garlic
Green, red and yellow Pepper
Scotch Bonnet
Oyster Sauce
Soy Sauce

How to go about preparing the beef stir fry rice

Hello World

Pour into a hot pan – Groundnut oil and allow it sit for a few minutes till it’s hot.

Next pour the diced beef into the pan and stir till it’s ready.

Next add the onion, ginger and garlic, the diced peppers, the scotch bonnet, carrot and stir properly.

Next add the rice and mix the condiments in properly.

Next pour in oyster sauce and soy sauce and then stir very well.
