Varicose veins affect women than men. 6.Being mindful of your posture: Avoid standing or sitting for long periods of time, crossing your legs doing heavy lifting and putting any unnecessary pressure on your legs.
7.Easing pain and stimulating circulation: To do this, fill a tub with cold water and simulate waking.
8.Applying Castor Oil to Varicose veins: Do this after taking your bath; massage well.
9.Elevating your feet: Always do this while watching television or sitting down to read at home. Also do this once a day above the heart level for 20′ to alleviate symptoms.
