Ma Ladies!

Varicose veins affect women than men. Standing or sitting for long periods of time, pregnancy, poor exercise, excessive weight, prolonged constipation, and habitually sitting with their legs crossed are known causes of these. Common symptoms are itching and leg cramps. They honestly don’t look beautiful on a lady’s skin.

Varicose veins

Hello World

Here are some of the quick ways to getting rid of varicose veins at home;

1.Eating a balanced diet; Ensure that your meals include plenty of fish or meat, fresh fruits and vegetables. Your diet also has to be low in carbohydrates and fat. It’s also beneficial to include ginger, onions, garlic and pineapple in your diet.

 2.Taking as many blackberries and cherries as you can: These help to  prevent varicose veins, and ease the symptoms.
3.Avoiding some foods: These include fried foods, peanuts, junk foods, cheeses, tobacco, salt, alcohol, animal protein, processed or refined foods, foods containing sugar and ice cream.
4.Avoiding tight clothings: Wearing tight clothes restrict blood flow. The only exception is when wearing medical compression stockings from reputable manufacturers.
5.Working out: Try maintaining a healthy weight, as a daily routine, try walking, cycling and swimming to promote good circulation.
6.Being mindful of your posture: Avoid standing or sitting for long periods of time, crossing your legs doing heavy lifting and putting any unnecessary pressure on your legs.
7.Easing pain and stimulating circulation: To do this, fill a tub with cold water and simulate waking.
8.Applying Castor Oil to Varicose veins: Do this after taking your bath; massage well.
9.Elevating your feet: Always do this while watching television or sitting down to read at home. Also do this once a day above the heart level for 20′ to alleviate symptoms.
Try these and worry less about your varicose veins.
