We are aware that you guys would be eating a lot of Chicken and fatty  food during this holiday. You know that is super bad to remain in shape right!. Well we have some tips ans advice for you guys to remain $3xy. We would not want you guys to mess up na.

See below some fitness tips we have for you guys!

1. Don’t be OsoFree: Don’t eat too much when you go visiting your friends. Eat all the vegetables and fruits that you can before you go out. We know its tempting but please never ever go partying with a starved stomach.

2. Eat protein, vegetables a lot.  Drink a Lot Water

3. Jug at least twice in a week

4. Avoid sleeping. Read a novel, have an hobby.

5. Learn to refuse attractive food.
