The rain has definitely got me thinking about a lot of things and one of those includes how to up my sweater game. When we were younger it was fun to rock your sweaters over our uniform when it was cold, so we used to make sure mummy or daddy bought the brightest and most girly sweater they could find and all this was so we could be the center of attention on the assembly ground and in class.
The struggle was real back then and in truth there is a similarity to then and our present. Although we might have charge and control over what we buy, we are still aiming to be the center of attraction at our place of business or wherever we might step into and that’s okay.
Below are 7 picture’s and 7 blogger’s who have styles their sweaters in amazing ways;
Ramadan & The Cold
As a Muslim faithful, its only natural that you must be modest in dressing especially in this Ramadan fasting season. But this picture is proof that you can still wear an over-sized sweater over jeans, paired with platform sneakers and a scarf without stretching your faith.
In the Spirit Of The 90’s
In this picture below we can see a never dying sweater and we are not mad about it, instead we love its simplicity; the pull-over sweater paired with white high-waist pants, black suede sandal heel and a snake print purse is the simplest look to pull off this season.
In this picture, the sweater sparsely reminds you of what your grandpa would have worn on a cold freezing day but paired with faux leather pants and black suede stiletto this look has just moved to the boss-lady level.
Fringe always makes a dull clothing come to life and you’ve got to love all the details in this picture; Here a lovely grey fringe cardigan is paired with a crisp white shirt tucked into blue jeans and finished off with a green bag and metallic heels.
You normally wouldn’t think a bootleg stripe trouser in dark blue and black would look good, not to talk about when paired with a sweater. But this picture here shows you how much you can achieve when you pair it with a light blue sweater and crisp white shirt.
Fierce! and Fierce!!
This is a perfect picture on how to rock a boot and still look like a boss; Here a grey sweater is paired with a grey combat mimic pant, a grey wool trench coat and leather boots.
This blend is really cute and girly, a camel colored V-neck sweater paired over black pants, a rubber handbag and platform pointy toe heel.
The way this bloggers rock their sweater is just so inspiring; why don’t you get down and start creating your own mix.[mashshare text="This is my custom share text"]
