Ata Dudu is a Yoruba source used to eat Ewa Agoyin as well as any other meal like rice and yam. It’s a special stew that take’s as much as over two hours to make but it is delicious and worth the wait. If you want to attempt this then you must “not be hungry” because it’s going to be a while.
Here’s how to make Ata dudu but first;
What you need:
Sunflower Oil or any cooking oil
Coke Time: 2:30 minutes
* Blend fish, Prawns, Herrings, Scotch Bonnet, Onions, Ginger together with cooking oil and set aside.
* Pour the blend into a pot and then add the rest of your oil into the mixture if it’s too thick. Do not add any water at all.
* After adding oil, add 3 Maggi Cubes, 40g of Grounded Pepper, 60g of Crayfish (add more if you like it), 100g of Tomato Paste, 1TSP of Salt and Stir.
