Did you know your foil/wrapping paper has other uses? well it does and its a fabulous one at that. Its no news that the nail art designs have taken new dimensions so it doesn’t come as a surprise that the latest style would be the use of foil/wrapping paper. You might wonder how that is possible, that’s why am here to show you how easy it is, probably the easiest nail art design ever.
I love the foil nail art design because you can get the instruments anywhere and they come in a variety of style because of the foil design ( yes the nail people took a cue and they made special nail foils with it’s own glue), this foil nail art design is just gorgeous, here are the steps
Equipment: nail file, base polish, colored nail polish, transfer foil, Nail foil adhesive, cotton swap.
- The first step is to completely file your nails to a preferred shape and wipe it down with cotton wool and nail cleaner, this should remove any lingering stain from previously used nail polishHello World.
- Next is to coat it first with a base coat after which you apply two coats of a polish ( make sure its one of the colors from the foil). Allow your nail dry out, make sure they are 100% dry before you apply the foil glue or if you don’t have that then your adhesive or eye lash glue would do.
- Follow step two by placing a piece of the foil on the adhesive and then using a cotton swap press it down following the shape of your nail back and forth in gentle strokes. once you are done and you are satisfied, peel off the foil, do this gently.
- Finally coat with a top coat (clear polish) in order for a smooth finish.
See this DIY nail art is easy to achieve, but remember your first time might not be so neat but the more you practice the better you get.[yop_poll id=”389″]
