I love trying new things especially with food; Life to me is full of so many beautiful thing and its always important to be adventurous in every thing we do. One of the easiest ways to be adventurous is through your palette.
Food like I always say is life, there’s nobody that would tell you otherwise because its the reality. Humans can’t do without food and that’s a proven fact so how do you make this fact work for you?

This quote sums up the answers we are looking for and because we love artsy and delicious meals we went digging to find you something you could try out in your kitchen and guess what it has a Nigerian flavor twist to it.
I don’t know anybody that doesn’t like the kilishi, and to find that it can be used in a meal is just divine. Popular lifestyle blogger and food artist Haneefah Adam shows us an artistic way to prepare a pot of pasta using kilishi as an ingredient and it looks fantastic.
To re-create this kilishi pasta tutorial here’s what you’ll need:
Cook time: 10 minutes on medium heat (or according to pasta pack instructions)
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Yaji
Seasoning to taste
Salt to taste
1/4 Chopped onion
2 Chilli peppers (2)
1/2 cup Dried Tomato
3 Scent leaves (cut)
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
