Deodorant has a way of building on T-shirts over a period which then grows into a thick stain that can be difficult to remove. Many times this build-up can be as a result of the reaction between certain deodorant and the fabric either ways raising hands in public with a noticeable deodorant stain can be embarrassing and annoying because asides from the stain marks the fabric tends to hold on to the odor which at that point is not pretty.
How to get rid of deodorant stains? this requires the use of:
- Baking soda
- Laundry Detergent
- Soft scrub brush
- Paper towels
- Combine one part vinegar with one part warm water, soak the stained area into this mixture and allow it to soak for a couple of hours before you wash like normal. Another option is to;
- Use baking soda for yellow stains; do this by mixing baking soda and water and spread it over the area that is stained, allow the mixture to set and dry then wash like normal or you;
- Get two tablets of aspirin and dissolve into half a cup of water, pour this blend on the area that is stained and allow to soak for a couple of hours then rub the area with laundry detergent, so this gently or with a soft brush (for white garments only).
- Some stains are really though, they build up and make the area really hard, if this is the case then its needs to be scrubbed, cover the area why you have this severe stains with ample amount of cleaning solution and a little amount of laundry detergent. Scrub this area with a soft brush do this until the area softens
