An average person burns between 1600-2000 calories per day and so you have to take in less than this amount of calories if you want to loose weight. Starving yourself is not the solution to weight loss, rather eating right and eating the right amount of food as well as healthy meals is a much better solution.

1 Big bunch of Shoko Leaves
1 Med Onion (Chopped)
1 1/2 Cup Pepper Mix (Tatase, Fresh Pepper, Onion)
150g Smoked Fish
250g Assorted Meats
2 Tbsp Ground Crayfish
2 Chicken Cubes
1/2 Tsp Salt
