“Not every time Jollof rice sometimes pancake… Lol”. Anyways ladies this weekend you need to try to make something different from what you are used to and a banana pancake offers you the opportunity to surprise yourself and your family with something not only savory but filling.
The crazy thing about banana pancakes are that they are literally made from banana’s and eggs, no flower involved which makes it super healthy and filled with all the right multi-vitamin, high in protein and low in fat. These pancakes are also gluten-free and dairy-free for people who can’t have diaries in their meal.
Now I know you all are feeling some type of way; kind of skeptical but trust me you’ll truly enjoy this because its something magical. With this two ingredient and some extra which is optional you can create something beautiful and don’t be afraid that it would come out looking like scrambled eggs because it will not, the final product looks exactly like the pancake you know and love.
Of cause if you like a little more sweetening you can drench the pancake in syrup… While this isn’t something that would totally take over your Saturday recipe its still something to try once in a while so lets get into the tutorial video shall we;

- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 2 Medium Eggs
- 1 Tsp Oil
- 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg (Optional)
