What do you do when you are stressed? Stress is one major factor that we can’t seem to get rid of, annoyingly it can also be really damaging health wise. There are days when we are so stressed either because of work or because of our families or because you are so mad at bea, and this may result in your lashing out at the innocents or simple being worked up. What can you do to de-stress? There are several cool and hilarious things you can do to de-stress, this are the ones that would do the magic without going all the way.
- Start a yoga class ( this is the ultimate, you can download videos online if you don’t have one near you) or simple lift dun-bells.
- Have a glass of wine, well may be two glasses or more but don’t go looking up your exes on Facebook, you will surely regret that.
- Meditate, just sit, close your eyes and meditate, its helps to calm your nerves (I do this a lot, breath in and breath out till you are relaxed but if you can’t just have a glass of wine)
- Watch a romantic movie and cry your eyes out, tears can be relieving, but if that does not work try making a vodoo doll, vendetta has spice.
- Breath, visualize a stress-free environment, visualize getting married to your crush on a beach in Barbados.
- Listen to soothing music, think about your crush, maybe he/she likes soothing music too.
- Do a face mask, take a selfie of your mask and put it on instagram and then obsessively check how many likes you have, if your stress level increases well just take a long bath and go to sleep.
